After passing out of College of Business Studies, Delhi University, Pranav has been an exponent in developing the distribution channels for the Financial Sector. He was the youngest achiever at Kotak Mahindra in financial sales for 5 consecutive years and then moved to his passion of Training for the financial sector. During his stints at Metlife and with the Kotak Mahindra group he developed newer channels in distributing financial products and was also involved in teaching financial sales at various Universities including Delhi University.

He believes that biggest scope in the financial sector is skill based, be it Trading or Sales. He looks after the distribution strategy of the company.

His biggest dream is to create an education exchange very similar to a stock exchange and he loves the financial sales and financial education sector mainly because of the huge scope it provides. He is extremely bullish on IIFM because it is an institution which works on skills (trading and financial sales).In his words,
"Financial Sales professionals are an oxymoron of sorts but are the biggest revenue generator in the financial sector. Those who are from the financial sector are seldom able to sell and those who are from the sales industry have very limited finance knowledge and thus the scope."
